Mandy and I have welcomed the newest member of our family. Nathan Thomas Sinton (Nate)
was born on March 17th, 2005 at 9:57 PM. He was 7 lbs 0 oz and 19 inches long. He and Mom are
are doing great, and we are adjusting to the many changes that Nate brings to our life. You
can see a bunch of pictures of Nate on our Media page.
God has blessed us with the most perfect little guy to take care of. Please be praying for
Mandy, Nate, and I as we try to guide our son through life. Specifically, you can be praying
for the transition from a 2 person family to a 3 person family, that Nate's health remains
as strong as it is now, and that Nate would come to have a personal relationship with God
some day.

Sorry for the long gap in updating "What's New" with us. Mandy and I have been pretty busy
since we moved into our new home. We do have big news for everyone, though. Mandy and I
are going to be having a baby in March 2005! We are extremely excited about this, and are
counting the days. We are at about 6 months. We have ultrasound pictures on our site
(click here), and hope to have a recording of the baby's
heartbeat on the site soon.

Our house is starting to look like a house now. The framing is done, and they have now started
to install the wiring and pipes. Click here to see the
most recent pictures.
As far as Mandy and I go, we are just excited to have our house going up. We can't wait to
get into it, and start decorating, painting, etc. I am still going to school, and it seems like
that's all I do anymore (study, study, and more study).

We have big news...we have found a house!! Well, actually, we have found a house
to build. One day we were so fed up with trying to find a home that was already built
that we decided to call around to builders and see what (if anything) we could afford.
To our surprise, we found that it was not much more expensive to build a house than to
buy a pre-existing home. (This may not always be the case, but it was for us.)
That being said, we signed some contracts the other day to build a home in Cecil Twp, Pa.
The home will be built by May 2004, so we still have a while to go, but at least the process
of finding a house is done.
Keep checking back for pictures and possibly videos of our house as it is being built. We'll
keep you posted on the progress.

Well, since the last time this site was updated was before we were married (almost 2
years ago), a lot has happened. We got married on July 7, 2001, which was amazing. It
was the best day of our lives. A few weeks after the wedding, Mandy took and passed the
Bar Exam, although we did not know she passed for several months. She started working as
a lawyer for Blaufeld, Schiller & Holmes LLP,
and continues to work there today. She is doing a great job.
I continue to work for
ECSI, the college loan billing service that I have worked at for the past 4 years.
My job at the company has changed a little bit though. I am now doing web pages for the
company website, as well as "accounting."
There are two big items of news for us right now. One is that I am currently
attending Robert Morris University to obtain a Masters degree in Internet
Information Systems. This is the reason for the overhaul of the website. The other
big news is that we are looking for a house. We started looking about 2 months
ago, and we are still looking. We didn't realize how tough this would be.
Every Saturday we go out with our agent looking at possible houses after a week of
sorting through all the new listings that come into the market. It kind of wears you
down a little.
That's it for now. We'll let you know if anything new comes up, and as
soon as we find that perfect house, we will put pictures up.
